DUBAI – Former Nigeria Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, has received his second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.

His media aide, Paul Ibe, confirmed this on his Twitter page.

Atiku, who is currently in Dubai, UAE, received the first shot on January 6.

“H.E @atiku earlier today took his second dose of Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine.

“He had earlier had the first jab on the 6th of January,” Ibe tweeted.

The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine has been approved by several countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom.
