ENGLAND – Arsenal manager, Unai Emery, has spoken about Alexandre Lacazette’s lack of celebration, as they drew 2-2 with Southampton in the Premier League on Saturday.
Lacazette scored twice for the Gunners, including a last-ditch equalizer, as their winless run continued.
Despite the late goal, Arsenal players left the pitch with boos from the home supporters and Emery said he understood why Lacazette did not celebrate the equaliser.
“Yes, that’s an example of how they felt. They felt the point was not enough.
“Our performance, individually and collectively, was about achieving the victory,” Emery was quoted by ESPN.
