Chief Allen Onyema never defrauded any American citizen/s nor stole anyone's money. The money is his. The only problem here is that the document & purpose for which the money was moved around is false. Don't be so stupid to call Chief a fraud until proven guilty.

Allen Onyema moved 20million dollars to a newly opened US account, which is above the international regulation for money transfer; hence, termed money laundering by US govt.
