KWAZULU NATAL, South Africa – A 2.3 kilogram new born baby that was recovered in a knotted bin bag has been transported to Osindisweni Government Hospital for further assessment.
In this video, Paramedics from Reaction Unit South Africa are examining the child after cutting the umbilical cord that was attached to the placenta at the time of the discovery.
Reaction Officers are working on information that could lead to the arrest of the mother for the Child abandonment & Attempted Murder of the baby.
